Whangrei Stake is doing great!

Leaders in the Whangrei Stake are doing a tremendous job of engaging the wards in the MyFamily 15 in 15 program. Last Sunday every ward in the stake had special training to introduce it to the membership and consultants are ready to assist members in using FamilySearch.

Next our Stake Presidents and Stake Councils

After the Area Seventies, our Stake and District Councils were invited to complete their "My Family 15 in 15":

Area Seventies Complete the My Family 15 in 15 Goal

Our next goal was to have our Area Seventies work on the goal. Here are some of them with their completed pedigree charts:

The Goal from the Area Presidency

The Area Presidency has given the members of the Pacific Area a goal. It is to:
  1) enter your 15 family names into FamilySearch.org and
  2) perform their temple ordinances in 2015.

Who are your 15 names?  you, your parents, your 4 grandparents, and your 8 great grandparents.

We begin this effort by having our Area Presidency complete their "My Family 15 in 15".

We extend an invitation to all youth and adults to complete the "My Family 15 in 15"  goal by the end of 2015.  For help and support we ask that all members of wards reach out to their High Priest Group Leader who is charged to organise this vital aspect of the work of Salvation.
